A tiny one-bed flat listed as “an ideal choice for couples” has raised the eyebrows of prospective buyers.
On the market for a very reasonable £100,000, the London apartment is described as “compact”.
But there doesn’t seem to be room for a double bed.

The description reads: “The property features a single bedroom and bathroom within its compact 9.75m2 area.
“Making it an ideal choice for individuals or couples.”
The listing comes with pictures showing a single bed, as reported by Luxury Property News.
It would appear that if you don’t mind spooning all night with your partner, this is the flat for you.
Just beware – only accept cash buyers are being accepted.
The flat is located right in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush in London.
And it has certainly got people talking online.
One user said: “I’ve never seen a sink that small.”
Another added: “That’s not a flat, it’s a tiny bedsit.”
One user said: “Absolute bargain for the location (depending on things like service charge, lease length etc).”
One user commented: “Yeah if I was single and wanted to save money thus isn’t bad. Only problem is fitting a desk and storage but with some smart furniture one could figure it out.”
Another said: “You know you’d be able to rent it out for a grand or two a month. London is stupid.”
The property is being sold by Tyron Ash International Real Estate.
