A tiny beach hut, with no toilet or shower, has gone on the market for a whopping £110,000.
Based on Avon Beach in Mudeford, Dorset, the property has an enviable Location and a steep price tag to match.
Despite the cost, there are limited facilities.

From the outside of number 93, the shack has a simple design and is painted cream.
Inside, things are a little more cheerful, painted blue to match the ocean and with a couple of fold-up chairs to kick back in.
While there are no bathroom facilities, there is a small kitchen area with a fridge and hob, as well as cupboards for storage.
The hut has a maximum capacity of four people – though this looks set to be a bit of a squeeze.
While it’ll set you back £110,000, it may be worth it for beach dwellers purely for the sake of convenience – with the sandy shore directly outside, and the sea itself just a handful of steps away.
The listing, which features on Luxury Property News, reads: “This beachfront hut, measuring 13’2″ by 6’2″, boasts a well-equipped kitchen and seating area, complete with an integrated fridge, a two-burner gas hob, and a sink unit, alongside ample storage cupboards.
“It offers stunning views across to the Isle of Wight and down to Hengistbury Head, and it’s just a few metres from the beach. Conveniently, it’s also within a short walk of the Noisy Lobster restaurant, shop, takeaway and cafe plus toilet facilities.”
A beach hut in nearby Christchurch went on the market earlier this year with an even more shocking price of £440,000.
Facing the beach and offering stunning sea views, the hut was again lacking bathroom facilities, though it could sleep up to eight people.
