In particular, the price.
The house was first described as a ‘£5,000 dream house, designed by Woman magazine’.
Now, the gaff is worth a mighty £420,000, reports Luxury Property News.
Located in Cleethorpes, the property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and boasts the perfect space for a family to set up shop.
You’re also in a prime Location with schools close by and local amenities on your doorstep.
The property features not one, but two reception rooms, a kitchen, a pantry and even a utility room.
And you’re sorted for bathrooms, too – with a ground-floor shower room and a family bathroom suite on the first floor.
If that wasn’t enough to float your boat, for under half a million you also get the added aspects of a driveway, garden, triple garage and garden studio.
It really is the gift that keeps on giving.
The advert, broadcast in 1963 was 55 seconds long and was used to promote the cereal brand’s competition with the house as the ultimate prize, amongst others.
It also gave the winner £2,000 to allow them to furnish it to their heart’s content.
The home is now marketed by Roost Estate Agents in Cleethorpes, which ‘highly’ recommend viewing it.
If you fancy eating your cornflakes in the Kellogg’s house, this could be the one for you.
Just imagine how much it might be worth in another 61 years.
