A newly refurbished family home, with a huge garden, in a desirable Location, is on the market for £400,000, but it comes with a hitch… the loo.
The three-bed property has a main bathroom on the first floor and the ground floor, next to a study room, a ‘cloakroom’ WC.
No room would be more apt.

An image shows the toilet squeezed into a corner of the room almost butting up against the sink leaving virtually no leg room for users.
The lack of space between the lav and the sink has left some viewers bewildered, branding the set-up as “prison style”.
There is plenty of space elsewhere in the house and outside with a lengthy back garden reached by wall-length patio doors, as reported by Luxury Property News.
But it is the cramped loo layout that could make prospective house hunters think twice.
It is located in Paddock Wood, near Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
One viewer stated: “If you were in an English jail you could sue for lack of hygiene, just saying.”
Another person added: “Prison style.”
An onlooker questioned: “I don’t understand, the door is opposite that sink so why not just move it up a bit, it looks like there’s room. Stinks of a developer telling a contractor to stick a vanity unit in there so they did.”
Kat said: “I don’t understand why they couldn’t just rotate it.”
One person quipped: “In this house you do not wash your hands after going to the toilet. You wash them during the toilet.”
The Bracketts estate agent listing reads: “This family home is a fine example of a refurbished property with attention to detail, boasting re-plastered walls to each room, a new kitchen, bathroom, patio doors, electrics and insulated loft.”
