A three-storey house is set to sell for just £80,000… but there is a bit of a catch.
The two-bedroom pad looks fairly normal from the outside and boasts two reception rooms on the ground floor.
Up one level, there is the lounge and kitchen.

The bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor.
But the downside is a hoarder used to live there and it’s full of mountains of junk and rubbish.
One of the rooms is full of so many boxes of paperwork, the carpet is not visible.
There are more folders and papers littering one another.
The bathroom has a toilet full of poo, discarded bog rolls on the ground, and washing on a rack in the tub.
The bedrooms have more dumped possessions on the beds and floor.
The garage is also ground to ceiling in junk.
The back garden is also completely overgrown.
And there is no guarantee it has electric cables and gas and sewage pipes connected to it, as reported by Luxury Property News.
It is located in Coventry and is being sold by estate agents, Loveitts.
They admit it needs a bit of TLC.
The property listing reads: “The property requires clearance and modernisation and is located within a popular area of Coventry.
“Ideal investment opportunity.”
It adds: “Overgrown garden.
“Mains electricity, gas, water and sewage are supplied to the property.
“No tests have been carried out and we are therefore unable to confirm connections.”
The auction takes place on 11 July.
