Hollywood star Drew Barrymore is selling her huge estate just two years after she bought it.
The actress and talk show host has listed her sprawling home for $4.99m (£3.7m).
The historic six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate in Harrison, Westchester County, New York, has nearly 12 acres of land and dates back to the 1740s.

Barrymore bought it as a convenient countryside escape from New York City, where she films her talk show.
But it needed a complete internal refurb and replacement of heating, plumbing, and air conditioning.

Despite the time, effort, and cost invested, Barrymore has decided to sell, as reported by LuxuryPropertyNews.
She bought the home for $4.4m (£3.3m) in 2024.
The property itself is being marketed as a rare legacy estate, featuring more than 7,200 sq ft of living space, a pool house and a separate guest cottage.

Inside, the home includes a dramatic great room with 30ft ceilings, multiple fireplaces, and a flexible layout designed for entertaining.
The primary suite features a sitting area, balcony, walk-in closet and dual bathrooms.
Outside, the grounds offer wooded privacy, wildflower gardens and a heated pool.

The nearly 12-acres has also already been subdivided into five parcels, giving potential buyers the option to create a compound or sell off additional land.
Barrymore also listed her Sagaponack estate in Long Island, New York in 2024 for $8.4m, (£6.6m) after buying it in 2019.
The Harrison property is listed with agents Kori Sassower and Brian K. Lewis.
