Now number 9 Rue Parker, Anaqua Springs Ranch, San Antonio, Texas, is looking for a new owner.
The $20m estate has seen its price slashed again, with Erwin Nicholas II, founder of Mr Real Estate, listing the property for just $11m.

The home is kitted out with a number of luxurious features, including an entire private waterpark.
The spot features eight pools, a mountain, six slides, Jacuzzis, a lazy river and a 35ft jumping ledge.
The park requires a jaw-dropping 316,000 gallons of water to run, as reported by Luxury Property News.
Originally built in 2009, it took 59,000 man hours, 2,100 yards of concrete and 130,000 pounds of steel to construct.
The mansion features 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an eight-car garage and a guest house equipped with four beds.
Basketball lovers will be drooling over the Spurs themed half court inside the gym area.
Four time NBA champion Tony Parker’s trophy room is also accessible via a finger print scan.

The new owner will have access to a tennis and volleyball court, alongside the resident tortoise Bulldozer.
Other crazy features include a cinema room with stadium seating, a 1,500 wine bottle room, gaming arcade and Jurassic Park-style gates.
A spokesperson for Mr Real Estate said: “This is the most extraordinary private residential estate in Texas.

“Not a claim – a fact you can verify room by room.
“This is the first time a luxury estate has been leased to a global content creator for a live stream as a deliberate marketing and data strategy – and the first time influencer reach has been combined with AI-driven intelligence to engineer a sale.
“I call it the Erwin Method.”
