Anthony Joshua has splashed out on a £1.2 million penthouse complete with a private gym, spa and jaw-dropping mountain views ahead of his blockbuster fight with Jake Paul.
The two-time heavyweight world champion has snapped up Oman’s most expensive luxury Sky Palace in a landmark Middle Eastern development.
The 36-year-old secured the huge 15,300 sq ft property just weeks before his highly anticipated showdown with YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul in Miami, Florida, US tomorrow (19 Dec).

It boasts stunning 360-degree panoramic views across Oman’s mountains and city skyline, with a wraparound balcony encircling the entire home, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The property has been designed around Joshua’s elite athletic lifestyle and comes complete with a private boxing gym custom-built to his exact training needs.
It has a dedicated spa for recovery, full smart home technology throughout and bespoke interiors focused on wellness and performance.
Joshua said, “Discipline, community, and long-term thinking have shaped everything I do in and out of the ring.

“Yenaier represented those same principles.
“I am proud to be an early investor in what will become a truly world-class address.”
The Sky Palace sits within Yenaier Residences, a vast resort-style development made up of six striking towers, 12 penthouses and more than 770 homes across Park Lane and Park Lane 101.

Phase One of the project sold out in November 2025, with Phase Two set for completion in mid-2027.
Developed by Adanté Realty, part of the Al Adrak Group, the scheme blends sleek curved architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows designed to flood homes with natural light.
Remaining properties range from £99,000 for studio apartments up to £1.212 million for penthouses, all sold on a 100 per cent freehold basis with a competitive phased payment plan.

The development sits in the heart of Sultan Haitham City’s vast 1.6 million square metre central park, connected by green corridors, community gardens, an iconic suspension bridge and 25 kilometres of walking paths.
Residents also benefit from a private clubhouse, outdoor swimming pools, fitness centre, nursery, concierge service, 24-hour security, underground parking and electric vehicle charging points.
Yenaier Residences offers easy access to Muscat’s business districts, schools, healthcare facilities and shopping malls, while Muscat International Airport is just 30 minutes away.

Dr Aadil Alexander, CEO of Adanté Realty, said: “Our partnership with AJ is symbolic of the development’s global trajectory.
“He shares our belief in long-term value and thoughtful urban design, and his involvement strengthens our commitment to deliver a landmark neighbourhood that elevates Sultan Haitham City on the world stage.
