“You’d be best to knock it down and build a new house.”

Ailsa added: “It’s nearly £1million.

“It’s fallen completely apart inside and they are asking nearly £1million.

“I’m gobsmacked.”

Another joked: “Does it come with the car?”

A fourth said: “Is this what they call a doer upper?”
