Renters will also not be allowed to smoke or keep pets.
But also, there is a ban on parties in the pad.
It also doesn’t have a proper bed.
The low sleeping area is behind a see-through curtain in the living room.

The bedsit is off Balaclava Road, on the Longfield Estate, in Bermondsey, south east London.
The rent works out at £16,680 per year, and bills are not included, as reported on Luxury Property News.
It is being let by OpenRent and the note from the landlord reads: “We’re looking for a reliable, tidy, well-behaved and respectful short to long-term tenant.

“To take over the property whilst the owner is away from 25 November 2025.”
They added: “You’ll get a well-looked after and newly decorated one-bed studio flat with a separate brand new kitchen, bathroom in clean and good working condition.
“Ample storage space in every room, furniture, bed, bedding and towels and a fully-fledged kitchen with cooking utensils.

“Quirky and upcoming area conveniently located on the walking or cycling quiet route between the city and Bermondsey.
“Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets, small restaurants.”

But they added: Strictly no pets, no smoking, no parties.
“Affordability requirement: £51,000 per annum.”
