A three-bedroom house is selling for just £60,000 – and it has chilling graffiti saying ‘Help us’ daubed on one of the walls.

The detached, family-sized property looks perfectly normal from the outside.

It boasts a “fantastic sea view”, a kitchen, living area and one downstairs bedroom.

But inside, eerie photos show the words scary words smeared across a wall in black paint.

The estate agents make no mention of the graffiti.

But they dub the pad in Innellan, Argyll and Bute, near Glasgow, Scotland as a “development opportunity.”

It is being sold by Future Property Auctions and advertised on Rightmove.

The seaside house is set to be sold on 13 November, as reported by Luxury Property News.
