The Holiday’s iconic English cottage has finally been brought to life nearly 20 years after the film melted hearts.
A real-life replica of Iris’s cosy countryside home, made famous by Kate Winslet in the 2006 Christmas classic, is now open to guests in Ellijay.
Designed by State and Season, in partnership with HomeExchange the home swapping platform featured in the film – the stone cottage looks straight out of a scene with Jude Law and Cameron Diaz, as reported by Luxury Property News.

Fans were gutted to learn that the original “Rosehill Cottage” never actually existed – it was just a film set built in the English countryside.

Now that heartbreak has been healed with this charming two-storey stone hideaway in Georgia, US, which sleeps up to six guests.
Inside are two king-size bedrooms, each with an en suite, plus a queen sofa bed downstairs for extra guests.
And the attention to detail is pure movie magic – think wooden beams, crackling stone fireplaces, and vintage decor that makes you feel like you’ve stepped right onto the film set.

There’s even a wood-burning fire and hot tub – ideal for sipping wine under the stars or pretending Jude Law might turn up at the door any minute.
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, just 90 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is surrounded by trails, waterfalls, and vineyards, perfect for a festive escape.

A two-night stay costs around $1,148 (£910), and bookings have already started flooding in for Christmas.
The magical replica opened on 1 October and is fast becoming the ultimate festive getaway for hopeless romantics and The Holiday super-fans alike.
